This company is friendly, efficient, and accurate. They were clear and honest in communication and cleaned up the snow after removing it from the roof. They even ended up charging us more than $200 LESS than their bid. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

??????????Last summer, my wife and I received four estimates from different roofing companies before ultimately choosing Reds Roofing & Renovationsand we are very glad we did. ******* provided a bid that felt fair and reasonable, which gave us confidence moving forward. The crew was professional, courteous, and consistently friendly throughout the entire process. Their energy and attention to detail really stood out.We had an ongoing issue with ice buildup on our roof that would lead to leaks in our kitchen each winter. ******* took the time to understand the problem and developed a plan to address it. For the first time in years, we didnt have to shovel the roof, and the ice buildup and leaks were completely resolved.Overall, we had an excellent experience and would confidently recommend Reds Roofing & Renovations to others.

Ben came by on a Sunday evening due to water coming in from the garage roof. He came by referral and quickly responded. He gave us a thorough inspection of the effected area, but also confirmed what we suspected and that was we did not need a complete new roof as told by another contractor. He saved us $$$$! He brought my son up on the roof and told him how to keep it clean and clear of moss. He laid down visqueen until we can get on the schedule for repair. Honest and dependable.

Fantastic customer service! With our record snowfall this year, our furnace intake vent appeared to be blocked causing our furnace to be inoperable during a stretch of sub-zero temps. I called Red’s and actually spoke to a friendly human, not a voicemail like so many others I had called. After explaining our situation, they said they would try to get to us that same day after finishing a similar job elsewhere. Just as promised, they arrived later that evening. The crew were friendly and professional after what had be an extremely long and frigidly cold work day. They looked at our furnace as well as looking on Google Maps to see where our vents were placed on the roof. It was determined that snow was not the problem. They offered to go ahead and clear the vents we have, but it would not help our furnace issue. They even called us back a bit later that evening with some other suggestions to get our furnace issue resolved. While we didn’t have them get on our roof to remove any snow, I would definitely call them again for any future needs! It was refreshing to have such great snd honest service.

Red's was well reviewed, and their bid came in about $2K less than the other company we were considering, so we signed them up. I'm so glad we did. When this spring ended up almost snowless, they offered to get our job started TWO MONTHS earlier than what they committed to last fall. They communicated very well throughout the work, were done in less time than expected, and suggested a fairly inexpensive resolve to our decades-long ice dam issue! Everyone we interacted with, from Ben and Sheldon to the guys on the roofing crew were pleasant and accommodating, and our roof looks great. Oh, and their clean-up was thorough, too. Absolutely, highly, recommend these guys.

Ben and his crew were extremely responsive. They cleared our roof within 2 or 3 days of contacting them. What’s more impressive is that they cleared the roof while the temperature was -2 degrees.

Reds Roofing gave outstanding service from the first contact requesting an estimate for a new roof, to putting us on their schedule in a timely manner that fit around our travel plans. We appreciated the good communication so we knew what to expect through the whole process. The crew worked well as a team. We were amazed that the old roof was removed and the new waterproof underlayer installed in one day. It rained that night, and all was fine on the roof. The next morning it was still raining, and the crew showed up and finished the whole project in the constant rain!Reds Roofing is definitely a 5-star business!

Highly recommend. Admittedly getting the attention of high quality roofers is hard work and takes persistence because they are in high demand. My persistence paid off in quality work and trusted guidance. Grateful for a partner that I know I can call on for years to come if I need it.
